Meet Our Manager

Manfred Kissling

Manfred Kissling is the driving force behind Found Projects, bringing over a decade of expertise in construction management and real estate investing. With key roles such as Project Manager at Dynamic Design Build and Developer Analyst at Urban Partners, Manfred has refined his skills in project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver projects that meet the highest industry standards.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, and with a strong foundation in civil engineering, Manfred is dedicated to building meaningful client relationships and delivering innovative, successful projects. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional leader in the construction and real estate sectors.

Manfred holds an MSCE in Advanced Design & Construction Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.

Meet Our Directors

Róger González

Róger González founded Estructuras Ros SA in 1989, establishing a company that has become one of Costa Rica's premier heavy steel fabrication firms. Initially focused on residential roof structures and architectural metals, Estructuras Ros quickly expanded into industrial and commercial projects, handling large-scale structures such as warehouses, parking structures, and shopping malls. With projects ranging up to 50,000 m², the company's portfolio now includes prestigious free trade zone developments and the distribution of heavy steel sections across the industry.

Under Róger's leadership, Estructuras Ros has achieved remarkable growth, diversification, and a reputation for excellence in steel fabrication across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Róger holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.

Manfred Kissling Sr.

Manfred Kissling Sr. began his entrepreneurial journey in 1995, navigating industries from hospitality to real estate before committing fully to business services in 1999, where he left the corporate world altogether. In 2005, he founded OBS, a company later acquired by Concentrix, where he played a pivotal role in scaling operations across Latin America, leading 30,000 professionals and generating over $500 million in revenue across nine countries. Delivering nearshore business process solutions across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe across a spectrum of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, social media, and retail.

After stepping down from corporate roles in 2021, Manfred refocused his energy on advisory roles in hospitality and real estate in Costa Rica, dedicating part of his time to supporting ventures in his areas of expertise.

Manfred Sr. holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
